Services

First Design Consultation

This allows me to get a feeling of the space and its intended use.services2 I want to gather as much information as possible about your wishes (including the unspoken ones) Practical concerns, style of structures and plant material. Most of all what your ultimate desires are.

My intention is to learn everything about the site and organize it so that it communicates the structures and the natural surroundings with the senses.

To find the natural pathways that leads us thru the garden. Shows us where to place a seating area, a shade garden or a pond etc..... This way, in the end, the outcome will feel like it was always there.

There is no charge for our first meeting. From here we can discuss how to proceed. After the first meeting, we can create the following items to plan and implement your design.

Consultation Visit

To set up a consultation visit, please call or send an e-mail with a brief description of your project, timeline & budget.

The Design Process

A Preliminary Plan includes measuring the Site, plot plan, photos, suggested plants and/or materials with a follow up meeting.

Simple changes to the Preliminary there is no charge

Detailed Final Drawings are billed at the hourly rate.

FROM THIS I CAN PROVIDE AN ACCURATE ESTIMATE FOR INSTALLATION

We offer design specs for building, plant lists, watering guide and maintenance instructions

We offer complete installation of your hardscape, irrigation and planting.

Maintenance

It should be said that the maintenance people are the ultimate designers because their efforts directly affect the outcome of the garden. A design should continue to serve for many years. If the design is conceived of as being an ongoing process that includes proper care then the project should prove to be successful.
